This place should be called forever care, they’re absolutely terrible at prioritizing care. My son had debris in his eye and they had him waiting over two hours and let other patients that came in after us in before him. Great job Alberta health care!

This place is horrible. You register than sit in the horrible chairs. No water, nothing to do for 2-3 hrs. They bring you into triage, you wait for the 1 doctor to get to you. The security guard is the only person who really cares.

Don't Go Here, unless you've got an extra 4 or 5 hrs to sit around in uncomfortable chairs while you're feeling miserable. Then another hour in triage area. Get nurse hand you gown and say you might need this for xray. No how you doing, what's your symptoms, take your temperature, nothing. I've unfortunately had to go here twice and both times it was a nightmare. Security Guy was very nice though, he was only person who seemed concerned about people's well-being.

Eversince! I understand that urgency is a must! But to have lots of staff and 3 doctors?? What! I think you need to review your policy specially when a kid is your patient! Normally, kids can just stand 2 hours waiting maximum after that what! They get bored and more agitating circumstances. South health is way much better and High river hospitals.

This place has no idea how to triage. Another ahs dumpster fire. I had the worst ear ache of my life which just needed a quick flush and would take my pain from a 8 to 1. Instead they are sending people back that need tetnis shots first. It’s almost they got off on watching me in pain in the waiting room. Awful staff! Wish I could give them a zero. They are a joke

My first visit to the Health and Wellness Centre in Okotoks was very positive. The staff were friendly and helpful, from the reception, registration to x rays. Dr McMurray was amazing, took time to explain in detail, answered questions and gave good recommendations. Very pleased with the whole experience. Thank you to all the devoted employees!

I wish I could give 0 stars. Absolutly horrible service and horrible doctors. I had a piece of rust in my eye stuck to my cornea, said they phoned me into the foothills hospital, and then upon arriving the next day I was told no such appointment was made and even told my doctors at foothills to avoid urgent care at most costs. Absolute joke

I can always get in quickly. Very happy with this place. In Calgary, you usually get rude staff who don't care. It's one of the things I love about okotoks
